Applying for an alumni Email



To apply for an alumni email, send an email to with the following information:

1. Full Name:
2. Student ID:
3. Department:
4. Personal Email Address:
5. Contact Number:
6. Attachment for verification purposes:
    I) a scanned copy or photo of Graduation Certificate and
    II) a scanned copy or photo of Graduation Transcript.

The IT Systems Office provides the support on a first-come, first-served basis.



  • A student may attend many programs but won't get a second G Suite/ BracU email
  • The longevity and the related facilities of this completely depends on the decisions of the higher management over the time and on Google policies as well
